About me
In my 25 years as an educator, my work has evolved from Editorial Coordination to Training & Development and now Learning Experience Design.
Today, learners expect more than a simple e-learning module. Learners want digital learning experiences similar to what they encounter every day on their mobile devices.

Minika's Story
My professional training qualifies me as a Trainer, Mentor, Coach in Adult Education & Personnel Development with Train-the-Trainer expertise.
In addition, as a qualified UX designer with pedagogical experience, I apply the principles of UX methodologies by placing the learner at the centre of design and content development with SMEs and the establishment of learning solutions.
I determine the learning objectives and ensure that they are aligned with the business goals. This approach allows me to implement digital and blended learning solutions that provide engaging learner experiences.
Learning & Development improves commitment, knowledge transfer and work performance.
